The Mege Antixidant Serum is a wonderful multi-use product for me! First, the scent is light and refreshing. Just enough, but not overwhelming. It takes more than one pump but a little less than two to cover my face. I only mention this because I am really stingy with the products I covet. I like to only use exactly what I need. After face washing and a pat or air dry I apply the serum all over: face, neck, eyes. I can then go to work with no other product, apply daily wear or social wear makeup, apply photoshoot makeup, or even stage makeup. It makes my skin soft and pliable with no extra oily effects on my makeup like some moisturizers.

This stuff is a really lovely, fresh way to start your face up for the day! I wear this under my BB cream and foundation, and it makes everything go on a little smoother. The foundation holds really well, and it gives me a nice finish.

I LOVE this product I’ve been using other normal moisturizers but none are like this product and I have acne prone skin , and I noticed that this product does what it says , I noticed this product does work when I got into a car accident and I had to stay in bed for a few days I couldn’t stand up so I just had to use a baby wipe to clean my face and this as my moisturizer for the first time and on my god I saw amazing results, and I’m a product junkie I’ve haven’t been impressed in many years , my skin looked so much better after using the product for the past days I love it

I always finish my skin care routine with a moisturizer for very dry skin. Recently I ran out of the one I usually use. I just got an order with the Mega Antioxidant lotion and used that at the end of my routine instead, no added moisturizer.
So I was blown away this morning when I woke up to plump, still dewy skin. This stuff is so light I would not think it possible to get such amazing hydration. I am beyond thrilled.

It’s very dangerous to claim that this product is an alternative to chemical sunscreens. While some ingredients listed do offer bit of sun protection by means of antioxidant power, they should certainly not replace a dedicated sunscreen! Do not make claims that are not true. This is dangerous to the consumer. There are plenty of non-chemical sunscreens such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide available for those who do not wish to use a chemical sunscreen. For a serum, the ingredient list here is lovely, but avoid false claims.

I have never claimed it is an alternative to sunscreen. What I AM claiming, based on information gleaned from peer-reviewed, published data, is that layering antioxidants with physical UV blockers will boost the SPF of the sunscreen. But thanks for stopping by to mansplain my job to me!
